Hydration & improved sleep

I want to talk about sleep again, without the risk of sounding like a broken record! Not only am I sleeping better, i’m also waking up in the morning, not feeling groggy but more alert. All from just having two litres of water a day. 

The whole thing is a really interesting sensation, because for as long as I can remember, whenever I wake up in the morning, especially when I was able to wake up early around 6am, I have always felt like I only just got the best quality sleep in the last few hours of the night between 4am and 6am. I always wished that I could just get a little more rest before waking (perhaps we all feel this way when the alarm goes off)?

I just don’t feel that anymore – now I feel like as soon as I hit the sack, firstly, I fall asleep quickly, and secondly, the quality of sleep is so much deeper. Again I’m putting it down to the increased water intake, there are a couple of other things I’m doing in terms of personal development and that may be making a difference. Independent to that, I’m just loving where I am with this journey around water.
