Trials and tribulations of shooting video
I’ve just finished a Boxfit class in the gym. It’s the first time I’ve been to the gym in Harrow on the Hill instead of Ruislip and it was pretty easy going class. I felt like it was a little too easy. There is a big difference when an instructor really buys in to a class and the activity as a whole – rant over! In any case it was still good fun, great cardio and I met some new people. It’s also good to get out of the Christmas Binge that I’ve just had (Yes, aside from my consistent gym work I too sometimes still binge eat).
I’m currently filming a short course on “Pricing and Packaging Products & Services” for Coaches and Consultants for https://sellinginalignment.com/ and I had to reshoot a whole module, when I realised my shirt collar was sticking out of my waistcoat. Gutted does not even begin to describe the feeling when I saw that on the screen during playback, Everything else was perfect, the lighting, exposure, the focus and everything. Except my collar – even thinking about it now – frustrating (all ranting really over now)
I am grateful that I got what needed to be done – done, shot again alongside with completing the other two modules as well. Now – over to editing. My goal is to get it knocked out before the end of the year. So that’s my goal, I love when I have clarity and focus! It makes me feel unstoppable.
